What are the academic and professional requirements to be eligible to hold personality development sessions in schools, colleges and offices?

I would suggest you to do MBA HR as personality development is a wide subject which cannot be covered in a short duration course. Though you posses the certification in it. If you want wider knowledge and as you want to enter in to teaching HR is the best option.
